Return & Exchange

Thank you for shopping at Sheen by Shaista Lodhi. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to understand your options and how the process works.

Return and Exchange Duration:

• You may request an exchange for a product by contacting us at cs@sheenbyshaistalodhi.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for exchange.

Delivery & Return:

• Estimated dispatch time for order is 2 to 3 weeks after the order has been confirmed.
• Estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 3 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
• Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Products can be exchanged only if they are defective or if a wrong product has been delivered.
• Items purchased on sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packagin with tags intact.

How to Apply for Exchange:

• To initiate an exchange, email us at cs@sheenbyshaistalodhi.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence of the product.
• Once your claim is verified and approved, you will be instructed to send the product to our address: Sheen by Shaista Lodhi: 3rd Floor, 39-C, 10th street, Khayaban-e-Mujahid, DHA Phase 5, Karachi - Pakistan.

Exchange Timeline:

• We aim to process all exchange requests within 7-10 working days upon receiving the returned item.
• During peak periods, the processing time may take up to 15 working days.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
• Sheen by Shaista Lodhi reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as product unavailability or declined payment.

Refund Policy:

• Sheen by Shaista Lodhi does not offer cash refunds.
• Refunds may be issued as a voucher with a validity of 1 month.
• Refunds will be processed for prepayments only in cases of out-of-stock items, wrong product delivery, or manufacturing defects.
• Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account after the returned product is received.
